  Our team get together was nearly cancelled due to Zizzi’s severe staff shortage at lunchtime today (02/12). However to the rescue came Assistant Manager Ashleigh and Lynn who saved the day. Ashleigh did it all, cooked our meals, provided condiments and service with a smile. All 11 meals were fantastic with no adaptations despite Ashleigh running it on her own. If I were her I would’ve burst in to tears at the mammoth challenge I had in front of me but Ashleigh just simply cracked on. Lynn smiled her way through and was utterly supportive to Ashleigh. Zizzi’s - I encourage you to formally recognise Ashleigh and Lynn’s commitment to 5 star service, you should be proud to have them on your books! Thankyou ladies! x

  Xmas lunch event. Despite a staffing shortage (no staff), what a great afternoon. Food was so good. Service was amazing. Had a great afternoon. Thanks Lynn & Ashleigh. We had the best rime 😁🎄🎅🎅🎅🎄🎄🎄😁

  Ashley and Lynn gave us an amazing lunch today, despite being short staffed! They had great music on, kept a great atmosphere and the food all came out together, nice and warm and absolutely gorgeous! Well done to these two for giving us a fab time for our workplace Christmas get together! We felt so well looked after!

  We came here as a family of 4 for my daughter’s 14th birthday, and am to say we were disappointed is an understatement. The staff were slow to serve, despite only having 2 other tables in. We ordered 2 rustica pizzas to share between us and some fries, along with 3 large and 1 small soft drinks. We planned on sharing the pizzas as on previous occasions they have been generously sized, however what we were served was dire. They were a fraction of the normal size, barely covering half the size of the wooden slabs they are presented on. We weren’t offered any sauces or attended to at all while we were eating. To add insult to injury, we were then charged nearly £70 for this so-called meal! This is not the first time we have run into issues at this restaurant- the last time we visited nearly 2 years ago our order was completely forgotten, and we ended up leaving the restaurant after over an hour with no food. I can honestly say we have been put off going to Zizzi’s for life, and would certainly NEVER recommend it to anyone!
